I was dealing with low energy, brain fog, mood swings, low libido, and zero motivation. I felt like my body wasn't responding the way it should. Forva helped me take a more personalized approach to balancing my hormones, and the results have been incredible.
Before Forva, I felt stuck. Tired, negative, out of shape, and unmotivated. TRT helped me feel energized again, and that momentum pushed me back into the gym. At 48 I thought my best years were behind me. Now I'm down over 20 pounds, stronger, and finally excited about life again.

Questions Men Ask Before Starting.
How do I know if my testosterone is low?
Symptoms are a clue, but only a blood test can tell you. U.S. urology guidelines define low testosterone as a total level below 300 ng/dL, measured in the morning, along with symptoms. Every Forva plan starts with a morning lab panel, and your provider reviews the results with you.
I'm just curious about my levels. Can I start with labs?
Yes. Take the assessment and choose the plan you'd want if it's prescribed. Up front you pay only for your $79 lab panel. If your results show treatment isn't right for you, you're not charged for medication, and your $79 comes back as Forva credit.
How does the lab credit work?
If your provider decides you don't qualify for treatment because of your lab results, we send you a one-time code worth your full lab fee. Use it on any Forva plan, including weight loss, within 12 months. It has no cash value, and it doesn't apply if you cancel or skip your blood draw.
I already know I have low T, or I'm on TRT somewhere else. Can I switch?
Yes. Upload any lab results from the last 6 months during your intake, and your provider reviews them alongside your Forva lab panel.
What does it cost?
TRT injections start at $129 every 4 weeks on a 48-week plan, testosterone cream at $119 and enclomiphene at $79. Your starting lab panel is $79, and follow-up labs every 3 months are $79 each. Your provider visit, medication, supplies and shipping are included.
How soon will I feel a difference?
It varies from man to man. Some notice changes in drive and energy within a few weeks, while changes in body composition take months. Your provider tracks your progress with follow-up labs and adjusts your plan as you go.
Will testosterone affect my fertility?
It can. Testosterone can lower sperm production and fertility. If you might want children in the near future, tell your provider before choosing testosterone. Enclomiphene works differently and may be an option.
Is TRT safe?
A large safety trial in men 45 to 80 found no more heart attacks or strokes with testosterone than with placebo, though atrial fibrillation, blood clots in the lungs and kidney injury were more common. That trial used testosterone gel, not Forva's compounded injection or cream. It's why your provider reviews your health history before prescribing and checks your labs every 3 months.
Do I need to go to a clinic?
No. Your assessment and provider visit happen online, by phone or video. The only in-person step is a quick blood draw.
Are your medications FDA-approved?
Forva's testosterone injection and cream are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene; Forva's is compounded too.
Your Second Wind Starts Here.
Take the 5-minute assessment. If testosterone is what's holding you back, a licensed provider will help you get it back on track.
