How care works
- Complete an online intake with information about your health and goals.
- An independent licensed provider reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.
- If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy dispenses it. Your patient portal provides access to care messages and dosing instructions.
Our role in your care
Forva Health provides the platform that connects you with care. Medical evaluations, prescribing and treatment decisions are made by your healthcare provider. Medication questions and changes to your prescribed treatment should be discussed with that provider.
